Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Thailand. We do not ship outside Thailand.

What it costs

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. If you want your order sooner, choose express delivery in the basket for a flat ฿150.

How long it takes

Allow up to 7 working days for delivery for standard delivery, after a handling takes up to 2 working days while we prepare your order. We will tell you if anything is going to take longer.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. For practical reasons, items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. If your tracking email has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged

Until the goods reach you, the risk is ours. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will replace the order or refund it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.

Getting your address right

Please check the delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, contact us and we will arrange to send it again.
